Planning & Architectural
The first step to your new home is the planning and architectural stages. NHD work very closely alongside many planning and architectural specialists and we are happy to arrange initial informal planning advice, through to the preparation, submission and monitoring of planning applications, building regulations and appeals where and when required.
Our expert team of demolition contractors will assess the site and safety before any removal. Once the old structure has been demolished, NHD will prepare the site for the new build.
Foundations are one of the most critical elements of any project, even though not visible when the build is complete. NHD take into consideration several factors, such as the property design, the geographical location and climate, soil and moisture.
