Need more space but don't have the budget to upsize? Or maybe you don't want to move? Do you have a room in your home which you would like to utilise as another? NHD can complete your home extension or alteration right from planning stages through to completion.

Other Services

NHD are able to undertake many smaller projects including kitchen and bathroom installations (including electrics and plumbing), block paving, landscaping and fireplaces. We work alongside many trade specialists and suppliers of high quality and high specification products.

Nicholls Home Developments (NHD) guarantee quality workmanship in a wide variety of materials including brickwork, coursed stonework, random rubble, slate and wood.

Our skill set encompasses almost any internal or external property project, however big or small, with a distinct talent for fireplaces, bathrooms, kitchens and any unique home centre piece.

NHD can create bespoke projects using materials you wouldn’t normally associate within today’s building methods and which other developers would try to avoid. One of our completed projects included a custom designed Oak frame whilst another extension project included a modern Zinc clad roof.

We can fulfil all stages of the development from the demolition of old dwellings for new builds (shown in the video clip below), installing footings and foundations, external and internal structures, lavish interiors and fireplaces, plumbing, electrics, roofing and right through to the final customer sign off.

NHD are also experienced working on ‘listed’ properties and complying with planning and conservation. We have completed several projects including an extension to a grade 2 listed property featuring a glass roof in Arrow, Warwickshire.

We are experienced in working alongside architects and design teams and have been featured on television shows such as “Sarah Beeny’s ‘How to double your house for half the money” and “Escape to the Country”.

Based in Stratford upon Avon, we operate throughout Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands area and we pride ourselves on our solid reputation and customer recommendations.
